Welcome to MyWork, a mobile platform that connects freelancers and clients for digital projects and services.

By using the MyWork mobile application («App»), you agree to the following Terms of Use («Agreement»). These terms govern your access to and use of the App, including any features, subscriptions, or services provided through it. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use the App. The App is not intended for minors.

2. Platform Purpose

MyWork acts solely as a neutral venue for connecting users who offer and request freelance services. MyWork is not a party to any direct agreements made between users and does not guarantee the quality, legality, or completion of any services.

3. Subscriptions

MyWork operates on a subscription model through the App Store and Google Play:

  • Users must subscribe to access core features.
  • A free trial period of 2 months is available for new users.
  • After the trial, the subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
  • Only one subscription plan is currently offered.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the App Store or Google Play settings.
  • No full or partial refunds are offered for unused portions of the subscription.
  • Subscription fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

4. Access to Features

Access to the App’s key features, including publishing projects, bidding, and messaging, is restricted to users with an active subscription. Expired or canceled subscriptions result in limited or blocked access.

5. User Content

You may upload profile data, projects, messages, and other content. By doing so, you:

  • Grant MyWork a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, and distribute that content;
  • Represent that the content is accurate and that you have the rights to share it;
  • Understand that your profile data and interactions may be publicly visible and indexed by search engines.

MyWork reserves the right to remove any content or suspend your account if content is found to be false, illegal, or harmful.

6. Ratings and Reviews

Users may leave public ratings and feedback based on completed transactions. MyWork does not censor or verify reviews but reserves the right to moderate content that is defamatory, irrelevant, or abusive.

7. Payments Between Users

MyWork is not responsible for transactions between users. All payment terms must be mutually agreed upon by the parties involved. MyWork does not process or guarantee payments for freelance services.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations;
  • Impersonate another user;
  • Post false, defamatory, or infringing content;
  • Attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the App;
  • Circumvent subscription access or use external communication to avoid platform fees.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content in the App are the property of MyWork or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without permission.

10. Account Termination

MyWork reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its discretion, particularly in cases of misconduct, fraud, or violation of these Terms. You may also close your account at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

MyWork is not liable for any damages arising from:

  • The use or inability to use the App;
  • User conduct or submitted content;
  • Errors or downtime;
  • Lost profits or business interruption.

Liability is limited to a maximum of $300 USD.

12. Privacy and Communication

By using the App, you consent to receive communications, including marketing emails and system notifications. You may opt out at any time via the app settings or by contacting support.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration under Israeli law. Claims must be filed within three months of the issue.
